Welcome! My name is Bre.
I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach helping busy individuals transform their health through habit and lifestyle changes. My approach focuses on powerful results—improving energy, strength and confidence by combining science-based training and personalized nutrition guidance—without burnout or risking injury. Whether you are just starting out or leveling up, I’ll virtually guide you with a sustainable, safe plan tailored to your goals.
Recovery season, 2023.
Back in April of 2023, I experienced a life-changing injury leading to five surgeries on my right leg and nearly 15 months of rehabilitation. The year prior, I had accepted a youth gymnastics coaching position at Denver University—where my injury ultimately occurred. During that time, I had also become deeply committed to lifting. I built discipline, learned the power of intrinsic motivation, and gained strength and muscle I was truly proud of.
Losing all of that in an instant was devastating. My right leg atrophied, my mobility was limited, and pain became a constant reminder of how much had changed. I felt like I was starting from zero—physically weak, emotionally exhausted, and stripped of the confidence I had worked so hard to build. But after spending all four seasons on and off crutches, being tested mentally and physically, something finally clicked…
I realized that strength isn’t just physical—it’s the ability to rise, rebuild, and believe again. And that is why I coach.
